Recent addition to the Happ Bar scene opened in January 2023.Fairly large (former Bliss Out location), overall relaxed rules.
Long-established Couple Kissa (only allows paired couples), swinging-oriented. Men must be able to speak Japanese (regardless of their companion abilities). BDSM play is not authorised. Discourages guy-on-guy action (girl-on-girl OK).
Small rope bar in Kabukicho. Not particularly foreigner-friendly (see comments).
S&M Bar managed by Tokyo kinbakushi Doyama Tesshin. Regulars meet there to chat and drink. Staff will occasionally provide (light) S&M and shibari services. Same building, one floor down from Titty Twister.
