Somewhat recent addition to the Happ Bar scene opened in January 2023.
Fairly large (former Bliss Out location): a bar/socialising area upstairs, and a play area downstairs with a few larger rooms for group-oriented and a few smaller alcoves that can be used privately.
- Normally requires Japanese-speaking abilities and a National Health Insurance card, but might make an exception for accompanying (female) foreigners.
- Rather lengthy and detailed set of rules (explained in Japanese): couples cannot play with single women and all play must happen downstairs.
- Downstairs area has a second locked door that can only be passed when fully undressed (no clothes allowed in the play area)
- Owners will often help arrange scenes for single women (GB etc)

Went with 2 female friends (both foreigners, one Japanese-speaking, one not at all). Rule-explanation session was lengthy and hammering on obvious stuff (“ask before you touch”, “no means no”…) but indicative of some welcome attention to consent.
Has the typical “couples can only play with couples, single women can only play with single men, single men can play with anyone” rule, which is… not great 🙄 But were flexible on us playing together since we came together.
Getting in and out of the play area is a bit of faff (must fully undress, prepare, ask for staff to open the door…), but the area is large and has a number of options (large group rooms, smaller private ones).
On the nights we were there (Friday/Saturday): overall decent-sized crowd without being overcrowded. Near-exclusively Japanese (our group excepted), rather young (skewing 20-something), and friendly. Didn’t see any BDSM play, but managers said rope and light play was absolutely fine.
